Returns and Exchanges
At Little Buba we pride ourselves on making our customers happy! We are confident that you will love your Little Buba purchase. However, if for any reason you are unsatisfied please read the guidelines below on how to return or exchange your order.
Can I return or exchange my order?
We are happy to refund or exchange any order returned within 21 days of the original purchase date, provided that the item(s) has not been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn and that all labels and packaging are attached. We cannot accept returns on items that are not sent back in their original condition.
How do I return/exchange an item?

All returned good must be accompanied by a note of your details and order - you can print a returns slip here.
If you select 'exchange' as reason for return on the returns slip, we will get in touch with you to process this - upon receiving your returned goods. We cannot guarantee that your required order will be in stock by the time we receive your exchange and in such cases we are happy to either offer a refund or send you your desired order when it arrives in stock.
Is return or exchange free?
Unfortunately we do not offer free returns or exchanges and postage costs must be paid by the customer. These costs are non-refundable. We advise that you obtain a Proof of Postage receipt from the Post Office and send via Special Delivery when returning items to us as we cannot be held responsible for items that do not arrive to us.
How long will it take to receive my refund/exchanged items?
Please allow 2-3 weeks for the processing of all returns and exchanges. Any refunds will be issued to the same credit card or to the original form of payment you used for the purchase.
